What we can do

Prepare self-help legal forms at your specific direction
Provide general, factual information about our document preparation process
Provide notary services permitted under Florida law
Offer administrative assistance such as copying, assembling, and, where offered, filing

What we cannot do

Give legal advice or legal opinions of any kind
Tell you which legal action, form, or strategy to pursue
Explain your legal rights, obligations, or the consequences of a document
Represent you in court or at any hearing
Communicate with other parties as your legal counsel
Guarantee any court outcome, filing acceptance, or processing time

Because we prepare documents based solely on the information you supply, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information, for reviewing all completed documents, and for meeting any applicable court deadlines and requirements.
